I had a wonderful time at Silver Sands Holiday Village. The staff were truly amazing, always friendly and went out of their way to remember my name and ensure I was comfortable. My garden view room was cleaned regularly, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect for heading to the beach, though it was peaceful at night, which I really appreciated. However, there were moments where communication could've been clearer, especially in the lead-up to my stay.

I discovered Silver Sands Holiday Village after being redirected from Calangute due to a collapse. The staff made me feel right at home, and my room was spacious and had a nice balcony. While the pool was always clean and close by, I did find the bathroom in need of some updates. All in all, it was a friendly atmosphere, though some areas could use improvement.

I had a mixed experience at Silver Sands Holiday Village. the location was fantastic, just a minute from the beach, but the room quality left much to be desired. The hotel definitely needs some renovations and better management. While breakfast was basic, the friendly staff, especially the TUI rep Elian, made my stay more enjoyable.

My room was quite large but felt grungy and unclean. the bedding and towels were tired, and the hot water only lasted about five minutes, making showers challenging. Also, the lack of soundproofing was a real issue, as I could hear everything from neighboring rooms, especially at night.

The service varied. while the cleaning staff were friendly and did a decent job, my overall experience was hindered by the hotel manager's attitude. However, Elian, the TUI rep, was exceptional. he went out of his way to ensure guests were happy and assisted us whenever needed.
